Adriana bought the house from Ellen Degeneres a year ago for .75 Million Dollars. The house is an English Tudor style and was originally built in Surry, England, Later dismantled, shipped at great effort and expense and reconstructed on a 1.3 lot in a coveted part of Montecito. The property consists of 2 structures connected by an "orangerie". a glass-in space for plants and fruit trees to be brought indoors for winter. The estate has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms adn at least 5 fireplaces. Each of the two structures includes a spacious living room with an imposing fireplace. There's also a study, a formal dining room with a fireplace, a large, high-end kitchen finished with hand-painted tile countertops and a breakfast room with a huge stone fireplace.
