(dpa) - German Olympic winner Jan Ullrich (Team Bianchi) (R) cycles in front of US cyclist and front-runner Lance Armstrong (Team US Postal Service-Berry Floor) during the 14th leg of the Tour de France in Saint-Girons, France, 20 July 2003. In the end Armstrong, who comes in on 11th place, manages to assert his lead of 15 seconds against Ullrich who comes in on 12th place. The 14th leg covers a distance of 191,5 kilometres from the French town of Saint-Girons to Loudenvielle-Le Louron.
