The Bluprint 3, onzième album de Jay-Z, est sorti en septembre. Au menu, un duo exceptionnel avec Alicia Keys : Empire State of Mind ! Le morceau offre au rappeur, époux de Beyoncé, son premier numéro un, tous style confondus, aux États-Unis.
Le duo a parcouru le monde entier pour interpréter le titre, des Brit Awards au Grand Journal de Canal +. Aujourd'hui, la chanson fait l'objet d'une parodie assez fantastique sur le thème de Star Wars. Des petits malins ont imaginé ce que serait la chanson si on remplaçait le thème de New York par celui de la saga de George Lucas.
Le résultat est une étonnante vidéo aux paroles réécrites et interprétées par Dark Vador (en lieu et place de Jay-Z) et la princesse Leïa (pour Alicia Keys). On y retrouve tous les codes de l'opéra inter-galactique le plus célèbre au monde. Les chorégraphies sont même exécutées par les stormtroopers et les ewoks... Bref, c'est la vidéo de la semaine !
